The Cornerstone team is devoted to maximizing tenant benefits while achieving the highest value of the asset. We do this in several ways:

  • We always give top priority to the interests of our clients, both owners and tenants;
  • We operate properties with a clear understanding of the owner’s objectives;
  • We proactively manage the property with an eye for avoiding any future problems.

Through our tenant relations program we oversee lease execution, move-in, the term of tenancy, and lease renewal. We also manage financial and administrative aspects of properties, including base rental, operating expense escalation charges, net charges billing, parking rental, storage rental, and tenant improvement amortization.
